WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
All products are covered by our manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or damage to the original design, box, or packaging are not covered by the warranty.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
If a product you purchase through our website is faulty, you must contact us via our support page or our WhatsApp Order and Live Support line at 0543 463 4687 within 7 days of delivery. Following this process, the faulty product will be returned to us via the courier company, and if it has not been personalized, it will be replaced with a new one. Personalized (with a name or embroidery) orders are not refundable. If the product defect is due to customer use or has been used within the 7-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
