Çakıroğlu Knives is a trusted Turkish knife company with over 60 years of experience in knife manufacturing. Founded in 1960, our brand has evolved from a family tradition into a registered company that is now among the leading names in the industry in Turkey.
Our product range includes hunting knives, kitchen knives, butcher knives, pocket knives, swords, and handmade collectibles. Each knife is meticulously crafted, combining traditional forging with modern precision to ensure reliability, durability, and aesthetic perfection.

1927-2008
Mustafa Çakır
Our journey began in 1960 with an understanding built on craftsmanship, hard work, and trust. From his early youth, Mustafa Çakır learned the trade alongside his father, Ali Rıza Çakır, embarking on this adventure. His initial productions began with handcrafted items like bone combs, and over time, his craftsmanship developed, specializing in knife making.
In later years, he opened his own shop in Yatağan, Denizli, and began his commercial activities. At that time, the number of people operating in this field in Yatağan was quite limited, and Mustafa Çakır became one of the pioneers of this profession. He quickly gained recognition for his quality and reliability, and his business grew steadily. So much so that many people, not only from surrounding provinces but even from the most distant countries, came to Denizli to buy his products, without knowing or meeting him, simply based on the trust they had heard of him. This became the strongest indicator of the trust and quality that formed the foundation of the brand.
By expanding their operations, they opened a new store in Bayramyeri, Denizli, and the brand reached a wider audience throughout the city.
In 2000, his seventh child, Ayhan Çakır, came to Denizli and took over the business, and from that date onwards, the brand continued to grow and develop. In 2008, Mustafa Çakır passed away.
The deep-rooted craft and business philosophy laid by Mustafa Çakır has been continued with the same determination and vision by subsequent generations. Since 2000, this legacy, taken over by Ayhan Çakır, has significantly expanded in terms of both product variety and customer network.
As the third generation, we began to be a part of this story at a very young age. Ayhan Çakır's son, Erman Çakır, became familiar with the shop environment at a young age, and his interest and enthusiasm for commerce led him to become involved in the business early on. Even while continuing his education, he spent a large part of his time in the shop, gaining experience, and completed his high school education through distance learning, dedicating all his focus to this profession. His goal has been to carry this journey started by Mustafa Çakır even further.
In 2016, while still young, sales began through social media, marking the first step into the digital world. This initiative quickly grew, allowing them to reach a wider audience. Established in 2019, Çakıroğlu Bıçak's online store has significantly increased its product range, and it has begun shipping throughout Turkey.
During this period, it has supplied products not only to individual customers but also to institutions operating in the defense industry, the military, collectors, and various other groups with different needs. Following the principles of quality, reliability, and continuity, the brand has grown stronger year after year.
Towards the end of 2024, Erman Çakır and Ayhan Çakır completely renovated the existing building, continuing to operate in a modern structure with a total area of 126 square meters + 45 square meters of showroom space. This renovation was a significant step in the brand's growth, both physically and corporately.
In early 2025, the company expanded further and continued its operations under the corporate structure of Çakıroğlu Bıçak Mağazacılık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
By 2025, with over 1500 different product types, it had become one of the knife retailers with the widest product range in Turkey. That same year, as the next step, the Cakiroglu Knives website, established through a sibling partnership, was launched, expanding into the international market and beginning product shipments to many countries worldwide.
Today, this journey, continuing for three generations, continues to grow thanks to the combination of craftsmanship, trust, and experience from the past with a modern business approach. Our goal is to carry this story, started by Mustafa Çakır, into the future with the same values and to advance it further every day.
